Visiting Chongqing, the Fog City, really tests your luck😑
The mountain city is so foggy🌫️
I spent a few days in Chongqing.
Skip the crowded Jiefangbei and Hongyadong.
Here's a less-crowded itinerary for taking photos📷
Day 1: Luohan Temple ➡️ Guanyinqiao ➡️ Liziba ➡️ Little Yellow Building ➡️ Rainbow Chongqing
Day 2: Laojun Cave ➡️ Longmenhao ➡️ Xiahaoli ➡️ Danzishi ➡️ Two Rivers Intersection ➡️ Eye of Chongqing ➡️ Clock Tower Square

About the photo spots📷
1️⃣ Luohan Temple: Many photo angles inside. You can spend half a day here, as the view from each window is different.
2️⃣ Guanyinqiao: The popular "I'm in Chongqing" electronic screen.
3️⃣ Liziba: Several spots around Liziba offer good angles for photos with the light rail. They are all near the subway exits. 1. The stairs to the left of Subway Exit 2. 2. Turn right at the subway entrance. 3. [Context requires further clarification for the third location]
4️⃣ Little Yellow Building: The bright yellow building at the intersection.
5️⃣ Rainbow Chongqing: A wall next to Jasmine Milk White in Longhu Times Tianjie D.
6️⃣ Laojun Cave: A truly awe-inspiring place. Besides the spot at the main entrance, other photo ops require walking uphill. Nantianmen offers a great view on a clear day. Drones are not allowed on the mountain, so you can't capture the Bagua and the bridge together.
7️⃣ Longmenhao: A commercial street nestled on a hillside. The doorway is located in the Minsu homestay at the foot of the mountain.
8️⃣ Xiahaoli: Right next to Longmenhao, there's a popular spot by the flowing water (I personally don't find it appealing, not sure why it's so popular, so many people hanging around a smelly ditch).
9️⃣ Two Rivers Intersection: Go down the stairs next to the Eye of Chongqing to the riverside for a photo with Raffles City in the background.
🔟 Clock Tower Square: The pavilion to the right of the park offers a good spot for photos of the pavilion and Raffles City (recommend shooting in blue hour if it's not foggy). The circular spot ⭕️ is to the left as you exit the park.
