Coral Park Outing

The weather is clear today, so I went for a walk at Coral Park in Yuzhong District. This is an urban leisure space nestled between mountains and water, blending the unique elements of Chongqing such as water, mountains, lights, and shadows.
In the center of the park, there is a vast lawn dotted with flowering shrubs, creating a distinct garden landscape. I strolled along the approximately 1.5-kilometer-long riverside trail, feeling the river breeze on my face and watching the reeds gently sway. Standing on the riverside viewing platform, the majestic view of the Caiyuanba Yangtze River Bridge is fully visible. At dusk, the setting sun gilds Nanshan on the opposite bank, making the scenery especially romantic.
It shines brilliantly under the sunlight. During dry seasons, you can even walk to the Coral Dam Wetland and touch the marks left by the tides.
Transportation is very convenient; take the bus to Caiyuanba Railway Station and walk about 10 minutes to reach the park. Coral Park is not only the city’s “green living room” but also a beautiful space where people can pause amid the hustle and bustle and experience the harmonious blend of river and mountain.
