The temperature finally feels like autumn! Here’s a roundup of the best spots to enjoy the fall foliage coming up～
🔺Featuring ginkgo, phoenix trees, redwoods, and maple leaves, all of which I’ve photographed beautifully in recent years

🔘Ginkgo:
1️⃣ Central Park East Entrance 8 - P1\P16
This area is very beautiful. I take photos here several times every year. I visited at the end of summer this year and found the ginkgo trees are growing very well. When the leaves turn yellow in November, it should be stunning.
2️⃣ Garden Expo Park - P7\P11
📍Address: Northeast Gate of Garden Expo Park
After entering the main entrance, there are ginkgo groves on both sides.
Turn right and walk about 200 meters from the main entrance; there is a small ginkgo grove with benches under the trees, great for photos.
3️⃣ Juren Building - P5
There is a very old ginkgo tree here, and it’s breathtaking when the leaves are fully yellow!

🔘Phoenix Tree
1️⃣ Alongside Sixiangtai Park, Phoenix Tree Avenue - P8
This road usually has little traffic and is relatively narrow. The phoenix trees on both sides are thriving, making it a perfect spot for phoenix tree photography.
2️⃣ Jixing Road - P9\P14
Address: Jingu Road Community Park
This road is beautiful in spring, summer, and autumn, featuring an S-shaped phoenix tree avenue. It’s close to the city center and easy to reach.

🔘Redwood
1️⃣ Yudai Mountain - P2\1\P15
Navigation: Maiziba, Fengdu County
A yearly autumn spot, one of the few large-scale colorful forest viewing locations in Chongqing.
2️⃣ Juren Dam - P5
Close to the city center, with several large patches of redwoods. It’s very beautiful when they are fully red.
3️⃣ Caiyun Lake Wetland Park - P4
📍Navigate to “Caiyun Lake Square,” which is closer to the dawn redwoods.
The park is large with excellent greenery and a beautiful patch of dawn redwoods. It’s a great choice for autumn viewing, photography, and picnics.

🔘Maple Leaves
1️⃣ Wuzhou Garden - P6\P12
This is the largest maple leaf area I could find in the main city. On a sunny day, the golden maple leaves look especially beautiful in photos!
2️⃣ Garden Expo Park - P10
📍Locations: Jingjiang Garden, Jiaxing Garden, Zhangjiagang Garden, Hangzhou Garden, Wetland Garden
The maple leaves in Garden Expo Park are relatively scattered but offer many different scenic views, making it great for photography. Plus, it’s very pleasant to stroll through the park in autumn.
