Hidden Coffee Shop @ Suan Pa Prang Phrom, Chumphon Province

From the name Suan Pa Prang Phrom, who would think it's a coffee shop? Who would guess that its unique selling point is its secretive and futuristic entrance? It seems to be a place known only to insiders or regulars. Importantly, the shop is located in the heart of Chumphon city, not on the outskirts.

Suan Pa Prang Phrom is a small, slow-bar coffee shop nestled by the Tha Taphao River. The decor is simple and indie, giving off a cozy vibe as if you're enjoying coffee in your backyard. The shop offers a variety of drinks including tea, coffee, cocoa, matcha, fruit juices, and more. They also have a selection of specialty beans from both Thailand and abroad. We had a delightful chat with the friendly owners who warmly welcomed us and introduced the flavors of each coffee. Today, we chose to try the dirty coffee—oh my, it was delicious, satisfying, and reasonably priced. It's a pity the shop closes early; otherwise, we might have stayed longer, chatting and sipping coffee, completely lost in the ambiance.
