Cizhou Ink Garden is located 3 kilometers northwest of Cixian County, Handan City, Hebei Province, on the east side of Yiquan Lake, adjacent to National Highway 107. It took more than ten years to build and is the largest classical art garden in China, known as the "First Garden of China".

Cizhou Ink Garden is an art garden with the brilliant culture of Cizhou Kiln as the core and Chinese classical art as the carrier. It is listed as a key construction project in Hebei Province.
