Cicheng Confucius Temple, Ningbo

Cicheng is a quaint area of Ningbo which is well worth a visit. Line 4 subway can be taken to the end to reach Cicheng and the Ancient Town area is a short walk away. Inside the Ancient Town area, you can find the Confucius Temple, this area is rather large and leads round small alleys and fun doorways. It is free to enter the Temple and you could spend an hour or two just exploring the ruins. I had loads of fun taking photos in various spots inside this area as there are quite a few styles of archway and the entrances to each ‘room’ are different. There is a building at the farthest point back, this seems like a school but it’s worth checking out the written pieces on the walls here.
