A must-see for anyone visiting Ireland, the Cliffs of Moher will remind you that humans are insignificant in the face of nature. The sight of the imposing cliffs stretching endlessly will make you feel like all your worries have vanished. Photos won't capture everything, so you have to see it for yourself.

As the Cliffs of Moher are Ireland's top tourist destination, many companies offer day tours. If you haven't rented a car, the best way to visit is from Dublin or Galway.

And keep in mind that the Cliffs of Moher only have about 50 clear days a year. (I was incredibly lucky.)
