Night view of Cusco

#AprilGoodDestinations2025
It was already 7 o'clock in the evening when we returned to Cusco from Rainbow Mountain. Since we were leaving the next day, we had to go up the mountain tonight to see the night view of Cusco.
We crossed the Plaza de Armas and climbed up the steep stairs of Resbalosa (because it is a plateau city, even though we climbed very slowly, we were still out of breath), to reach the San Cristobal Catholic Church, which is the highest point for viewing the night view.
Looking down at Cusco at night from the mountain is really beautiful. This mountain town is surrounded by mountains. When night falls, the houses built on the hillsides become part of this beautiful night view.
I don’t know whether the night view of Cusco is famous in the world, but it would be a great pity to travel to Cusco and not see the night view of Cusco. It is rare to see a high-altitude mountain city, an ancient city dotted with lights from thousands of homes.
