Each table has a timer. When your meal arrives, the staff will explain it and will check on your pot at any time. The timer starts at 5 minutes. Once the time is up, you're basically ready to go. But please don't turn off the heat!

This pot needs to be kept boiling for the flavor to fully absorb. Otherwise, at first, it's just spicy and oily. 🫣 The pig intestines are incredibly fatty and oily, which I didn't like. But with the instant noodles, the flavor thickened and absorbed by the noodles, making it quite delicious!

The perilla leaves in this pot are absolutely amazing, but I wish there were more. You can add more yourself!

By the way, there's a special side dish called sliced meat (편육). It's delicious and has a unique texture.

This place is recommended for those with a strong palate!
