Lantern Festival, for the books

#illuminate, the Lantern Festival

After our Saturday night dinner, we decided to visit the Zibo Yudaihu Lake.

As the annual "Yuda Lake Lantern Festival", was taking place.

There was an exceptionally large crowd, trying to make their way in.

Fortunately, the barriers that are in place outside the entrance, seem to keep the crowd in check.
We managed to enter the Yudaihu Lake, after about 15 minutes or so.

Once inside, we soon realised that it was worth the wait.

An amazing exhibition of lighting displays, are on display, each with their own unique character.
The primary theme, "The Rabbit", ofcourse, as it's the year of the Rabbit.

Make your way towards the lake, and enjoy spectacular views, and lights alike.

If you are in the area, do make a point to visit this attraction.
