Introducing Zhenjiang Revolutionary History Museum

Founded in June 1991, the Zhenjiang Revolutionary History Museum reflects the modern and contemporary history of the region. Currently, it covers 2,600 square meters and houses over 3,500 artifacts, historical materials, and images, including an exhibition titled "The History of Zhenjiang's Revolutionary Struggle."

The museum is responsible for investigating, collecting and researching modern and contemporary cultural relics and historical materials in the Zhenjiang area. It organizes exhibitions reflecting the local history of Zhenjiang during the three periods of the old democratic revolution, the new democratic revolution and the socialist revolution and construction, displays the rich experience and historical lessons of my country's democratic revolution, socialist revolution and construction, explains the great significance of the victory of the Chinese revolution led by the Communist Party of China, and conducts revolutionary tradition education, socialist education and "two histories and one emotion" education to party members, cadres, the masses and young people.

In 2001, the museum established the "Mao Yisheng Life and Deeds Exhibition Hall" in its special exhibition hall.
