It's so popular that there's a long wait on weekends and during peak season.

The restaurant is spacious, comfortable, and has a luxurious feel.

The open kitchen allows you to watch the dumpling-making process firsthand, which is both fun and trustworthy.

The signature dish is the uni dumplings, filled with Dalian sea urchin roe. They have a delicious, soft texture.

I personally loved the egg scorched rice soup, and the fried oysters were also delicious!

They even offered complimentary water upon leaving.
