📝: The Milk Lake atop the mountain in Yading National Park is incredibly beautiful, but the hike is quite long, 3-4 hours, not including the return trip. Due to the thin air, you have to walk slowly to fully breathe. It's not recommended for those with altitude sickness or the elderly. The view from the top is incredibly beautiful and the lake is still frozen.
