Xiamen Twin Towers: A Stunning Photography Spot

The Xiamen Twin Towers (Shimao Cross-Strait Plaza) are undoubtedly the iconic landmarks of Ludao! These two 300-meter-tall sail-shaped towers stand majestically beside Yanwu Bridge, facing Gulangyu Island across the sea, perfectly blending modernity with marine elements. From the 55th-floor observation deck, "Cloud Above Xiamen," you can enjoy a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view—azure seas, Xiamen University, and Nanputuo Temple are all within sight, especially stunning at sunset. Inside the towers, you'll find luxury hotels, shopping centers, and sky-high restaurants, with the 63rd-floor "Starry Sky Magic City" being a popular social media hotspot.

At night, the light show sparkles like a pearl on the sea (see photo 5) 🌄. It's recommended to pair this experience with a night tour along the Island Ring Road. Although the tickets are a bit pricey and the area can get crowded, the unparalleled views and immersive experience make it one of Xiamen's top 3 must-visit attractions.
