The hotels in Chongzuo are very nice, with spacious rooms, high floors, and a clean environment. The feature is that they have smart devices; the price during May Day has doubled to 400/night, while the regular price of 200+ can be a good deal. It's about a 7-minute drive from Chongzuo South Station, which is convenient for taxis, and car rentals are available at Chongzuo South Station.

🚗 Ctrip Car Rental

Rent a car on the 2nd/3rd day, then drive to the scenic area. It takes about one and a half hours from the city to the scenic area. The highway is surrounded by karst landforms, and even the roadside scenery is so beautiful that driving is not boring haha

1. Tongling Grand Canyon
The scenic area is not big, and most of the way is shaded by trees, so it doesn't feel too hot. Still, it's better for beauty-loving girls to prepare a sun protection garment. There are many farm restaurants outside the scenic area, and I love their roasted chicken. If I come again, I can show off a whole chicken

2. Detian Transnational Waterfall
Just buy the 228 package ticket, which includes all the items. You have to wear a very ugly slide shorts for the high-altitude slide, which can be embarrassing if you're wearing a skirt 😅, so it's better to wear pants that day. If you want beautiful photos, remember to look for 'Viewing Waterfall Paddy Field Coffee Time Collection', or ask the staff in the scenic area. For reference, see pictures 1-5. It's not too late to find them after playing all the items. The high-altitude slide takes you back to the Dajinggu Square, and the Coffee Time Collection is at the entrance of a wooden walkway on the square

3. Mingshi Pastoral
Because we played too long at Detian Waterfall that day, we didn't get to Mingshi Pastoral until 6 pm. We rented a 'bagaji' car (50/h) and went straight to the Fish Scale Dam, took some photos, and it was dark. Then we rode around on the car and left
