A Week in Paradise at Hideaway

We've just returned from an incredible week at the stunning Hideaway. This resort is breathtaking—a crescent-shaped tropical island encircling a vibrant turquoise lagoon, edged by the softest white sand beaches. The interior boasts stunning flowering shrubs and trees. The house reef is fantastic and easily accessible, featuring healthy coral and vibrant marine life: sharks, eels, eagle rays, occasional turtles, plus the typical reef fish. Our first few days were spent in a two-bedroom water villa, offering views over a large pool to the spectacular lagoon. Hridor ensured everything was pristine. The bed, pillows, and duvet were very cozy, and the air conditioning was quiet and worked efficiently without blowing onto the bed. After a few days, we were thrilled when the resort upgraded us to their lavish three-bedroom Signature beach villa—truly palatial and exceptionally comfy with a massive pool in a delightful garden setting. A dedicated team came every morning and evening to keep it immaculate. Our wonderful butler, Shahin, was always happy to assist, swiftly addressing all our needs. We enjoyed excellent food at the buffet restaurant and also dined at Sunset Cafe, Samsara, and Oasis. Hideaway offers a lot of activities: alongside snorkeling the house reef several times, we explored four dive sites with the friendly Ahmed of Meredis dive center, played tennis twice, tried padel tennis, and took a catamaran out twice. We had a marvelous holiday and couldn't be more grateful to the amazing team at Hideaway!
