Last week, I took the kids on a self-driving trip to Heyuan.
We stayed one night at this well-established hot spring hotel.
My review: Comfortable, fun, affordable✔️
🛏️Stay:
This time we stayed in the main building,
Chaoju Hot Spring Twin Room, a weekend deal for a few hundred yuan.
Two 1.5m beds, no problem for two adults and two kids.
The room comes with a private hot spring soaking pool, and there’s no limit on the number of soaks!
A nice surprise was that staff brought sweet soup to the room at night👍🏻
‼️The hotel also offers various themed family rooms.
I stopped by to take a look😁 very beautiful! (Photo 3)
The room is large with three beds, so it can accommodate an extra adult.
♨️Play:
➡︎68 unique hot spring pools
Key point: pure natural sodium bicarbonate hot springs❗
Certified by the Guangdong Hot Spring Industry Association~ skin feels silky smooth after soaking.
➡︎The children's water park is big and exciting, and adults can enjoy the giant beast bowl.
There’s also a wave pool suitable for all ages, also with hot spring water.
➡︎The swimming pool has water basketball and a flying carpet.
Surprisingly, the pool water is also cooled hot spring water😱
➡︎Indoor children's playground, free of charge.
➡︎Outdoor photo spots📸 include the rainbow trail on the back mountain, heart-shaped bird’s nest, swings… perfect for great shots!
🤤Eat:
Breakfast includes two adults and two kids, with freshly made rice rolls and congee.
We had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant.
About 40 yuan per person🍚 reasonable prices, large portions, and delicious taste.
🚝Transportation:
Self-driving: Yeyuan Hot Spring Resort Hotel, about 2.5 hours from Guangzhou.
High-speed rail: 10 minutes by car from Heyuan North Station, hotel offers free shuttle service.
