Drottningholm Palace

Drottningholm Palace is incredible in summer, when the gardens are in full bloom and the fountains are flowing. Families were picnicking on the lawns, children ran around the hedges, and tourists explored every corner. Despite being busy, the estate is so large that it never felt overcrowded. I particularly enjoyed the mix of formal and informal areas — the grandeur of the baroque section balanced with the natural beauty of the English garden. After a full day of exploring, I sat by the water and watched boats pass by, with the palace in the background. It was pure serenity.
