Emirati delicacy at Arabian Tea House

Dubai is a melting pot for all nationalities and you can find mouthwatering international cuisines all over Dubai. As the expats have outnumbered Emirati by huge margin, authentic Emirati restaurants are rare find in Dubai. Arabian Tea House is one of the few Emirati restaurant that serve Emirati delicacies in Al Fahidi Historical district.

If you are around Old Dubai around Bur Dubai or Deira, you can easily get here by car or by metro. It is a walking distance from metro. Karak tea is the most special tea served here. You can also select other tea like Moroccan mint tea or Chamomile tea. Emirati breakfast platter is also amazing and popular in this tea house. We personally loved Karak tea and hummus here. Staffs are jolly and welcoming and the restaurant itself is the combination of Arabic, Greek and Mediterranean architecture. Plenty of seating area but gets full towards evening so prior booking is recommended.

After trying amazing food here, I recommend you to take a stroll around Old Dubai which is close by. It is a beautiful experience as you will feel like you are going back in time just few miles away from futuristic city.
