Mingsha Mountain crescent moon spring

Crescent spring in dunhuang is located at the foot of mingsha mountains ,
we hired a private taxi from the station and headed straight for it and spent the evening there and saw a beautiful sunset from one of the sand dunes and later checked into stay for the night book near by at a camping site in the desert, which was close by the mingsha mountains
Food & Restaurants - there are no restaurants nearby as such so would have to enjoy the hotpot or barbecue options available at your accommodations for the night
Shopping - there are many souvenir shops and local crafts shop at the entrance to the crescent spring attraction , the most beautiful part is the traditional dress rentals around that get your styling and makeup done for a photoshoot at the sand dunes.
we opted to just enjoy the scenery and a beautiful sunset from atop the sand dunes
