My Adventures in Dunhuang — Just WOW!

Hey friends! I have to share one of the most unforgettable highlights from my trip to China — Mingsha Mountain and the Crescent Lake in Dunhuang 🌙 This magical spot in the middle of the desert totally blew me away. I honestly didn’t expect much, but I left feeling completely amazed.

Part of the journey I did riding a camel 🐪 — such a fun and unusual experience, like something out of a movie! Then I wandered around the oasis — it’s so peaceful there, you feel like time just stops… After that, I decided to climb one of the big sand dunes. Not gonna lie, it was a bit tough (sand is sneaky like that 😅), but once I reached the top — the view was totally worth it! You can slide down on special sand sleds, and that was such a blast — like being a kid again, but in the desert 🎉

I even woke up at 5 AM the next day just to go back to the desert and do some off-road jeep rides over the dunes 🚙 It was super thrilling, especially when the jeep races up a dune and then drops down — adrenaline overload, 10/10!

🌞 A few tips:
Make sure to bring water, SPF, a hat, light long-sleeve clothing to protect your skin, and sunglasses. The sand feels just like beach sand — soft, hot, and everywhere 😄
