Edinburgh in spring!

Because the roads in the old towns of British cities are narrow and parking is inconvenient, I changed my original hotel reservation in the old town to The Scott, located in the University of Edinburgh area, before coming to Edinburgh. It was indeed an unexpected delight on my UK trip.
The hotel is located within the University of Edinburgh. It is a small boutique hotel converted from the 1750 Baron Alexander Scott Mansion, and it is also a historic old building. The hotel is exquisitely decorated, luxurious, and elegant. The lawn outside the hotel adds a relaxing holiday feel to the entire journey.
Parking at the hotel is convenient, which is a big advantage compared to the high parking fees and difficulty in parking in British city centers. In addition, the hotel is only about 3 km from the old town, and a taxi ride costs about GBP 6, which is very convenient.
