Dragon Boat Festival Road Trip Guide to Fengning Bashang Hundred Miles Scenic Route

🗺️ Itinerary
🔸Day 1: Depart from Beijing → Datan Town (approx. 3.5hrs drive). Stay at a local homestay in Datan and try their roasted whole lamb for dinner. Refuel/charge your vehicle fully - no gas stations/charging points within scenic area. EVs can recharge at Datan Service Area or "Flying Town" in the town center.

🔸Day 2: Enter via South Gate (online tickets only valid here; admission ¥120 includes Qiansongba Forest, half-price for students/seniors) → Baihuapo Flower Sea → Camel Peak's unique rock formations → Sky Terrace overlooking Qiansongba → Liuyun Ridge's sea of clouds after rain → Windmills Among Birches → Ancient Tea-Salt Fort culture → Five-Color Flower Field → Endless grasslands at "World's End" → Exit via North Gate connecting to Scenic Route 1 (total ~4hrs drive). Note: Liuyun Ridge's cloud seas only appear at dawn/dusk - start early.

🔸Day 3: Rentoudui Wetland hiking (¥80 ticket, 8km wooden boardwalk through golden lotus fields and wetland birds). Before returning, visit free Lightning Lake for lakeside horseback riding.
