《Great value for money! Stay in a large suite at the Foshan Marriott for less than CNY 600》

There were too many people in Guangzhou during the Canton Fair, so I went to Foshan instead. I accidentally discovered the Foshan Marriott Hotel, which is great value for money!

1. Excellent location

The hotel is in a great location. The landmark Qiandeng Lake is right downstairs, and the night view is stunning. There are many shopping malls nearby, and it's very convenient to take a taxi anywhere. It's also not far from Zhujiang New Town in Guangzhou, only a 45-minute drive, about 20 km away. During the Canton Fair, the hotel also offers three free shuttle buses a day to take guests directly to the exhibition site.

2. Good facilities

The hotel was renovated in 2023, so all the hardware facilities are relatively new. There is a free gym and swimming pool, which is not as big as the Baiyun Marriott, but still very nice. I was also very lucky this time, as the hotel upgraded me to a lake view corner suite for free. It was 73 square meters, and I could enjoy the panoramic view of Qiandeng Lake from my room. It was very comfortable.

3. Good dining service

The breakfast and executive lounge at the hotel are also good. Although there are not many options, the food is delicious.

Overall, my stay at the Foshan Marriott Hotel was great. The Marriott Lake View Suite usually costs CNY 1,800, but I only paid less than CNY 600 this time, and it included breakfast for two. It was really worth it and very satisfying!
