[Nagano, Nagano City] Tour of 5 Togakushi Shrines ②

After visiting the five Togakushi shrines and Hokosha, I visited Hinomikosha ✨

By the way, my itinerary was Zenkoji → Hokosha → Hinomikosha → Nakasha → Kuzuryusha → Okusha 🚶

Togakushi Shrine is a famous power spot on the legendary sacred mountain, Togakushi, which is said to have been created when the "Amanoiwato" (Cemetery of Rock Cave) flew down from the mountain in Japanese mythology.

Of the five shrines, Hinomikosha is known for its benefits in "improving Bugaku performing arts and finding a partner" ✨

Behind the shrine building, there is a "couple's cedar (two cedars)" that is over 500 years old, which is very moving 😌

By the way, Hinomikosha is unmanned, so please note that you will need to get a goshuin at either Hokosha, the closest to the foot of the mountain, or the next Nakasha!! !

Access: We walked from Hokosha Shrine to Hinomikosha Shrine on a mountain path called Shinto 🚶‍♀️ It takes about 15 minutes depending on your walking speed!

Shinto is full of nature, so you can feel the healing of the greenery and flowers, which is something you can't feel by car!! 🌸
