There are a few days off during the New Year, I went to Foshan Hea, to the first meal at noon, I went to eat Foshan's famous pork waist soup🐽 The shop is not located in the city center, so I saw a lot of locals eating when I entered, very looking forward to it🙈🙈

We both ordered:

🍲 Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli ($68)
🍲 Garlic Stir-fried Lettuce ($38)
🍲 Landscape Tofu Pudding ($13)

Pork waist soup is the ace here, the soup is rich, there are a lot of herbs inside, so after drinking it is super warm 😉 taste very good, a little bit of wine flavor, fresh no smell 😋 I see the restaurant also add chicken and pork brain options, but I do not have, because it seems too much 😂 In addition, the hand-torn chicken is very tasty, chicken really has chicken flavor 🥹

Garlic vermicelli steamed scallops and garlic fried lettuce are not lost, the seafood eaten in China is relatively ordinary, so the scallops are very small 😅

However, the mountain water tofu pudding is really quite smooth, the bean curd flavor is heavy, after eating such a strong taste of pork loin soup, and then with the mountain water tofu pudding to neutralize it, it is indeed good😁😍
