Shizuoka Prefecture Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center

This is a very stylish and beautiful wooden building. The building itself looks like an inverted Fuji, and the reflection of the specially designed pool in front shows the whole picture of Mount Fuji. It looks beautiful with the extra-large red torii outdoors!

Entering the building is the other half of the reverse Fuji wooden building. It is really beautiful to appreciate it up close. I love wooden buildings and the design is so ingenious. Moreover, the design concept inside is like climbing a mountain. You can slowly walk up the slope to the top of the building to enjoy the view of Mount Fuji. It also introduces the natural ecology around Mount Fuji.
