Shimmering Tanuki Lake and Mount Fuji

On the day I visited, the weather was clear, the lake was calm, and Mount Fuji stood vividly in the background, creating a picturesque scene that resembled a watercolor painting. The reflection of Mount Fuji, known as "Sakasa Fuji" (Upside-down Fuji), was perfectly visible on the lake's surface, and the beauty was so breathtaking that it left me speechless. It's a view that cannot be fully captured in photos—you have to see it with your own eyes.

The walking trail around the lake is flat and easy to stroll along. As you walk leisurely, you'll be surrounded by the sounds of birds, the breeze, and the gentle ripples of the water, making it a truly healing experience. There are benches along the way for resting, and the well-equipped camping grounds make it a popular spot for families and couples.

Since the area isn't crowded, it's an ideal place to spend quiet moments. Sipping coffee with Mount Fuji as the backdrop in such serene surroundings became an unforgettable memory for me.
