Fulong Lake Scenic Area, formerly known as Xiewan Reservoir, is located in Lu Village, Xiewan Township, 8 kilometers southwest of Luonan County, a renowned scenic spot in Shaanxi Province. Legend has it that the reservoir resembles a dragon when photographed from an aerial perspective, prompting renowned calligrapher He Boqun to name it, handwriting the inscription "Fulong Lake Resort."
