A small lake in Shizuoka. It is very quiet, not crowded, surrounded by fresh nature. 🍃
There is a camping ground, a cycling path, or you can sit and sip coffee while enjoying the view.

For those who want to stay overnight and see Fuji up close, I recommend staying here. Kyukamura Fuji Onsen Resort is an onsen hotel by the lake. Some rooms have a full view of Fuji. 🚄 Travel from Tokyo (about 1.5 hours)
• Take the JR Tokaido Shinkansen → Get off at Mishima Station
• Transfer to the JR Minobu Line → Get off at Fujinomiya Station
• Transfer to the Fujinomiya City Bus → Get off at the Tanuki-ko Iriguchi stop
(About 40 minutes from Fujinomiya Station)
