Did you know that Mount Fuji also has a shrine?

This shrine, called Fujisan Sengen Shrine, is located in Fujinomiya City. It's a Shinto shrine located southwest of the base of Mount Fuji. It's a very spacious shrine.

As you enter from the road, you'll see a striking red entrance. Before entering the shrine, on the left-hand side, there's a pond where you can rinse your mouth and hands before exploring.

The atmosphere inside is peaceful and beautiful. As you exit the shrine, a river flows to the left. This is another stunning viewpoint of Mount Fuji, just as beautiful as anywhere else.
