🏝 Enoshima – A Small Island with Big Charm

Enoshima is a small island in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, just over an hour from Tokyo. It blends seaside charm, sacred shrines, panoramic views of Mt. Fuji, and one of the most beautiful sunsets in Japan.



🚆 How to Get There from Tokyo
1. JR Lines – From Shinjuku, take the JR Shonan–Shinjuku Line or JR Tokaido Line to Fujisawa Station (50–60 mins / approx. ¥970), then transfer to the Enoden Line or local bus to Enoshima Station.
2. Odakyu Line – From Shinjuku, take the Odakyu Line to Fujisawa, then transfer to Katase–Enoshima Station (about 70 mins / approx. ¥640).
3. Kamakura–Enoshima Pass – Best for visiting both Kamakura & Enoshima in one day (¥1,640 / unlimited rides on the Enoden Line).
