Fukuoka Botanical Gardens and Zoo

Today we will introduce the "Fukuoka City Zoo", which is divided into the North Garden, South Garden, and the Asian Tropical Valley Area.
You can see many animals in the park, such as the most popular Malayan tapir, Asian small-clawed otter, lion, white-tailed sea eagle, snowy owl, Oriental white stork and Indian python. You definitely can’t finish the tour in just one day! Admission for adults is only 600 yen! Very worth it!

Fees: Adults 600 yen / High school students 300 yen / Junior high school students and younger free

Nearest station: Get off at Yakuin Station (South Exit) on the Nishitetsu Tenjin-Omuta Line. Take bus No. 58 from Yakuin Station and get off at Dobutsuen-mae (approximately 10 minutes).
