Fukuoka City Center Water Show｜Canal City

A trip to Fukuoka is incomplete without visiting Hakata Canal City! Start your shopping adventure with a wide selection of international and Japanese local brands. I bought some local souvenirs, while my husband picked out some new clothes.

We enjoyed a delicious Hakata meal at the mall's restaurant. With limited time, we could only take a quick glance at the teamLab museum and other entertainment facilities. We will definitely come back to fully experience them next time.

In the evening, the mall lights up, and there is a fountain show, making the scenery even more enchanting. Hakata Canal City is not just a shopping center but a complex space that combines shopping, entertainment, and dining, perfectly blending modernity and traditional elements. The vibrancy and elegance here left a deep impression on me, making it one of the highlights of my Fukuoka trip!

Directions:
1. Transfer to the Nanakuma Line at JR Hakata Station and get off at Kushida Shrine-mae Station.
2. Walk about 2 minutes from Kushida Shrine-mae Station.
Total travel time is about 5 minutes.
