You can find the bakery 'BOUL'ANGE' while walking through the cool underground shopping mall in Tenjin, Fukuoka.
There is also a branch in Hakata, but the Tenjin underground shopping mall branch is a takeout-only store,
so you can choose your bread more leisurely.
White-tone interior and clean display cases without any frills,
and the viennoiserie breads (croissants, brioche, etc.) filling it up!
✔ Croissants are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! Authentic French style with a lively pastry texture.
✔ Croissant cornettes have sweet fillings, so they are great to enjoy as desserts.
The next menu I definitely want to try is ‘Mentaiko Baguette.’
This menu is highly praised by many locals and tourists, so I definitely won’t miss it on my next visit.
If you like bread, especially if you want ‘real croissants’ rather than just airy bread,
this is a must-visit Fukuoka bread restaurant.
