For drinks, they recommend SAPPORO's "Red Star" beer 🍺, but I personally opted for a fruit wine with orange flavor, which turned out to be surprisingly delicious 🍊.

When the seafood rice bowl was served, the owner explained that the fish here is sourced from Tsushima Island in Nagasaki Prefecture. The bluefin tuna can be delivered from the source to the table in as little as 4 hours 😮. You can truly taste the freshness—each slice of sashimi is "thick and sweet"✨.

After finishing the seafood rice bowl, there's a delightful twist: the ochazuke (tea rice) style! お茶漬け
You can add the three condiments on the table (tempura crumbs, seaweed paste, and wasabi) to your rice bowl, then pour over the piping hot tuna broth brought by the staff. Mix it all together, and voilà—a warm and comforting ochazuke! It's absolutely fantastic 👍.
