Great value for money! A convenient Fukuoka hotel as a base for sightseeing

5 minutes from Hakata Station. 2 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Watanabedori Station.

This hotel is conveniently located near Watanabedori in Fukuoka, and is recommended for those looking for a clean, affordable place.
Nearby attractions include Canal City, Nakasu Yatai Village, and Hakata Station, and famous bar-hopping spots and shopping areas are within walking distance, so you can enjoy a drink without worry.
The hotel has a dedicated parking lot for 15,000 yen per night, but it's a bit small... However, staff were always on hand to guide me, so I was able to park safely.
There was also a gas station across the street, so I used that.
The room was clean, and even though I dislike the impersonal feel of business hotels, I was able to stay comfortably!
The hotel is located in a busy downtown area, so there was a lot of foot traffic, but the auto-locks on each floor gave me peace of mind.
The TV was great, with Netflix and YouTube available!
This hotel is also recommended for women.
