Ichiran Ramen, also known as "Exam Ramen" in Thailand, is a restaurant that has numerous branches in Japan. If you've been to Japan, you've undoubtedly tried it, as they have numerous locations. But Ichiran Ramen actually originated in Fukuoka, a province famous for its pork bone ramen. When I was in Fukuoka, I had to stop by. The branch I visited was the Hakata branch, located in the Sun Plaza building right next to Hakata Station. There was a small line in the morning, but the queue moved quickly, so I only had to wait about 10 minutes. When you get in line, they give you a test sheet to fill in. Once you're seated, you can hand it in, so your ramen comes in super fast. The taste is typical of Ichiran Ramen, and I didn't notice any difference from other branches.
