Shin Shin ramen🍜

This is a very popular restaurant in Fukuoka.
The tonkotsu (pork bone) soup is rich and flavorful, not too strong, and doesn't have an overpowering porky smell, making it easy to eat.
The thin noodles have a nice bouncy texture.
The seating can be tight, and the atmosphere is quite noisy — typical of a popular ramen restaurant with a lot of people coming and going.
The gyoza are also delicious, with a chewy dough and good pork.
