Ohori Park morning scenery

The morning air in Fukuoka is cooler than expected, and Ohori Park, nestled in the heart of the city, embraced that refreshing air. The morning sunlight gently sank onto the calm lake, white clouds casting shadows across its surface. Joggers, dogs strolling, and even people reading on benches… the scenery unfolded naturally, creating a leisurely start to the day.

Walking along the lakeside path, reeds swaying in the breeze and ducks gliding across the water caught my eye. The view from the long bridge was especially beautiful. The water rippling across the lake and the silhouette of the distant Japanese garden, blending with the morning sunlight, created a picture-perfect scene.

A leisurely stroll through the inner gardens of the park allowed me to admire the red bridge, a small pond, and the serene pine trees, adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Just minutes away from the bustle of the city, I felt transported to another world.

After a short walk, I stopped by a lakeside cafe for a warm cup of coffee and a view of the scenery. I was once again grateful for how peaceful and leisurely Fukuoka mornings can be.
