There are many delicious ramen restaurants in Hakata, but my family really hates waiting in line, so we like to eat at the restaurant area on the 10th floor of Amu Plaza in Hakata Station. There are many delicious restaurants and they have a variety of types, but Ippudo is especially good for enjoying a light bowl of ramen. In fact, there are always more locals than Koreans. There is also a famous yakigyoza restaurant called Tetsunabe on the same floor, but Ippudo was a place where we could eat right away because the line was long. It is a famous ramen restaurant that has a nationwide chain and even sells convenience food at convenience stores, so the taste is above average. The price is not that expensive compared to other ramen restaurants, but tea and side dishes are provided as a basic dish, which is delicious. The mentaiko rice and yakigyoza, which were sold out on the day we visited, can also be ordered as a side, and they are very delicious. If you tell the staff that you need pickled radish (takana), pickled shredded ginger (benishoga), and ninniku (chopped garlic) due to corona, they will provide it to you. Be sure to ask them.
In particular, you can order without eggs or with vegetables, so if you are like me and don't eat much, you can add vegetables.
