Tokaido Shinkansen: Osaka to Fukushima in Four Hours

Starting from Osaka, you can take the Tokaido Shinkansen to Tokyo and transfer there.

One of the top cherry blossom viewing spots in the Tohoku region is Hanamiyama Park in Fukushima Prefecture, featuring cherry blossoms, forsythia, and peach blossoms. To visit this breathtaking location filled with various blooming flowers, you can take the "Hanamiyama" bus from the station. Upon arriving at the station's east exit, the first thing that greets you is the "Mini Hanamiyama." From the mountain top, you can explore the area known as the "Cherry Blossom Tunnel" and walk along the "Flower Valley Route." There are countless picturesque spots here, and I ended up taking over a hundred photos.
