Seoul Cheongdam-dong: Why not try some traditional Korean sweets?

🇰🇷 Seoul Cheongdam-dong

Gangjeonginnomujinunjip

With the motto of "young tradition",

a workshop where Korean sweets chefs make traditional rice cakes and Korean desserts.

If you're lucky, you might even encounter them making sweets.

And there's also a cafe corner, so

you can enjoy Korean sweets.

There are table seats, but

the tatami room seats with sobang have a nice atmosphere and the floor is warm, so I always sit here when I go (lol)

I always order patchchu (red bean porridge) here

Soft and fluffy rice cakes with chestnuts and pine nuts.
Japanese red bean porridge is salty,
but Korean red bean porridge is more like oshiruko...
It has a little bit of cinnamon on it, so it's definitely a Korean taste.

Sometimes I really want to eat it^^*

It comes with a set of small snacks made in the store and water kimchi,
so I always feel like I've gotten a little something extra🤭

Maybe because it's in Cheongdam-dong,
ladies often buy it here as if they're carrying "errands"☺️

So, of course, it's also a great souvenir for us🤭💕

It's a cute package with an affordable price.

If you like traditional sweets and teas, please come and buy souvenirs •͈ ·̮ •͈ ♥️
