🇰🇷 Seoul Cheongdam-dong
Gangjeonginnomchinunjip
With the motto of "young tradition",
a workshop where Korean snack chefs make traditional rice cakes and Korean desserts.
Korean snacks are reasonably priced and come in cute packaging
and would make a great gift🤭💕
(For more details, see the previous post٭¨̮)
There is also a cafe corner
where you can enjoy Korean desserts.
There are table seats, but I recommend the place with a nice atmosphere that is similar to Japanese ozashiki seats.
This time I took a break at a cafe 🤭
I couldn't resist ordering both the Patchu 팥죽 (red bean porridge) and the Sujeongga 수정과 (water jewels), even though I knew my stomach would be full (lol)
When you order a drink, the shop's proud "Okoshi" comes with it.
You can also enjoy the sweets, and that alone is enough to satisfy you, but the 팥죽 comes with water kimchi, and the rice cakes are fluffy and soft and really delicious.
By the way, Sujeongga 수정과 (water jewels) is a cinnamon-based drink.
It contains dried persimmon, jujube, and pine nuts, and depending on the shop, it is available hot or iced.
I usually like to drink something crunchy, so I make it iced 😅
If you like traditional sweets and tea, please come and buy souvenirs •͈ ·̮ •͈ ♥️
