A Laid-Back Day at Seoraksan National Park

#summervacay If you’re in Korea and craving some nature time, Seoraksan National Park is an absolute gem. We spent the day wandering around the trails, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a painting. Massive granite peaks, crystal-clear streams, and forests that feel straight out of a fantasy movie.

We didn’t go all out with the hardcore hikes, just kept it chill and explored the easier paths near the main entrance. The cable car up to Gwongeumseong Fortress is a must if you’re feeling lazy but still want epic views (zero judgment, we did it too). The whole area is super photogenic, so bring your camera or phone with lots of space.

There’s a good mix of nature and little rest spots to grab snacks or chill out. Even if you're not an outdoorsy type, it’s super accessible and just… refreshing. Seoraksan is one of those places that makes you pause and go, “Yep, this is why I came.”
