A famous buckwheat noodle restaurant loved by locals in Gapyeong

During my recent trip to Gapyeong, I wanted to try the best food the area had to offer. As a buckwheat noodle lover, I visited a place renowned among locals. From the entrance, it had the unmistakable vibe of a great restaurant.

This spot serves noodles without broth initially, like a bibim-style dish, and then you pour the broth in later. It was absolutely delicious! But what really stood out was the mung bean pancake—it was so good, it felt like a pizza-level treat. Highly recommended!
