Toh Soon Coffee - Penang
A breakfast restaurant, a local coffee shop, a small shop located in a narrow alley, but there were a lot of people, queuing since the shop opened. This is another shop that we followed other people's reviews.

After queuing for a while, we got a table. Luckily, I did some homework to translate the menu because this place only has Chinese language and technical terms, but some menus have pictures to show. I survived. 🙌🏻

📍Teh Si (RM2.60) Tea, coffee, milk. Just guessing, I think it's right.
📍Ying Yong Si (RM2.60) It's like our Thai iced tea.
📍Egg on Toast (RM5.60) Toast topped with soft-boiled eggs. Wow, it's strange for me. It has a strange texture, but the saltiness of butter and sauce cuts through the richness.
📍Nasi Lemak (RM1.50) Malaysia's national dish, similar to rice mixed with chili paste and fried anchovies. It's delicious and quite spicy.
📍Hinanese bread + Homemade Kaya (RM3.40) Toast topped with kaya custard. The bread here is grilled with charcoal, it is crispy. The custard is sweet and has a burnt brown color.
