Known as the "Central Plains Ferry Crossing," the Luoyi Ancient City Cultural Tourism Scenic Area is located in the old city district of Luoyang, Henan Province. The area encompasses several historically protected structures, including the Wenfeng Pagoda, Henan Prefecture Confucian Temple, Tuling Palace, the Four-Eyed Well, and the ruins of the Jin and Yuan Dynasty city walls. It is a comprehensive cultural tourism destination offering a wide range of activities, entertainment, dining, accommodation, and shopping.

Focusing on the Luoyi Ancient City Scenic Area, technological innovation is combined with traditional culture. The Wenfeng Tower, Wenmiao Temple, Tuling Palace, Four-Eyed Well and other protected sites in the park are used as nodes, and Xintan and the moat water system are used as links to organically combine the classical and the modern, and to ensure that the old buildings and the new buildings are not separated. Wenfeng Tower

Wenfeng Pagoda, located in the northwest corner of the ancient city of Anyang, Henan Province, was built in the second year of Guangshun in the Later Zhou Dynasty of the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, bringing its history to over a thousand years. The pagoda boasts a unique architectural style, characterized by being larger at the top and smaller at the bottom. Each level becomes larger and wider as it ascends, creating an umbrella-like structure. This unique combination of platforms, lotus pedestals, Liao-style tower bodies, and Tibetan-style finials is rare in the world.

Henan Confucian Temple

The Henan Confucian Temple is located east of Wenming Street in the southeast corner of the old city, on the site of the former Wenming Street Primary School. Built to commemorate Confucius, a prominent thinker and educator during the Spring and Autumn Period, it is a National Key Cultural Relic Protection Site. Currently located on Wenming Street in Luoyang's Old City District, it is occupied by Wenming Street Primary School.

Tuling Palace

Commonly known as the mourning hall, this is the mourning hall where the emperor canonized loyal generals and martyrs for the people to pay their respects.
