Penang Marriott Hotel: Made Us Feel Like VIPs

I had the absolute pleasure of bringing my parents for a stay at the newly opened Penang Marriott Hotel, and let me tell you — it was unforgettable, especially because it came from a giveaway win!

We were hosted in their stunning Deluxe King Room with a breathtaking city view, and what truly impressed me was how Marriott elevated hospitality to another level.

Although our booking was for two, they graciously treated us as a party of three. I only realised this thoughtful gesture after our evening walk — we returned to find extra drinking water, slippers, and more amenities already prepared.

The surprise didn’t end there. The next morning, as I sent my parents off to breakfast, they casually mentioned that the staff acknowledged all three of us again. I was genuinely honoured by the attention to detail (and low-key regretted not heading down to their breakfast dining area myself — lol).
