Check out Penang Café Higher Ground

After finishing my morning errands successfully, I found a random cafe to celebrate and treat myself! Next, it was time for a leisurely stroll through George Town (like a flower~).
After some searching, I randomly chose Higher Ground, a converted racecourse. It's a cafe during the day and a small bar with a live band at night.
I ordered the lunch special: Japanese fried chicken with curry rice and hot honey lemon sauce, which cost a little over RM30 after tax.
Overall, the portions were generous. The mushroom soup was a bit salty, but maybe that's just because I have a light palate. The space was spacious and quiet, though there were mosquitoes, hahahaha 😳
The chicken was thigh meat, tender and the curry wasn't too overpowering, perfect with the rice.
Overall, it was quite enjoyable.
